Shooters Class Description

School of Bartending - Heavy Bartending Lessons #3 (CID: H3)
 

Shooters are a group of cocktails when tend to use ribald language and ordered to be drunk as quickly as possible. In this class, concepts such as variant shot sizes, miniaturized drinks, and notes explaining why words are used to describe certain mixers. Layered shots or pousse cafe styled cocktails are taught here. An index for the specific gravity of popular liqueurs and liquor is given and layering technique is utilized to create visually appealing cocktails of multiple colors. Finally, we delve into shots poured in beer.
