School of Bartending - Introduction To Bartending #2 (CID: I2)


The lesson begins with an explanation of the origin of the term “highball” at the start of the 20th century, followed by the proper method of preparing these drinks.  Recipes for popular drinks are then discussed and the usage of fillers like soda and juices are explained in detail.

Students then practice making drinks for two hours.
