If you're in Philadelphia and you love all things, wine, cheese, and beer than you HAVE to go to Tria. Tria is passionate about many things, especially when it comes to fermentation, pairings, and sharing their love of tastings.
We can't all be wine, cheese, and beer gurus (or can we?), so we're bringing in Sande Friedman, Director of Education/Director of Cheese at Tria Restaurants. She runs the cheese program at three locations, writes menu descriptions for Tria's unique offerings, manages their social media and events, and acts as an admin at the Tria Fermentation School.
Sande is going to break down what goes into developing a menu with ingredients that compliment each other while still having choices for any type of guest. Oh, did we mention she was honored as a 30 Under 30 in the industry yet?
